Jo Pratt recipes for tomato soup and spaghetti bolognese

You know already how much I love TV chef Jo Pratt (I reviewed her Madhouse Family cookbook here), so when I found out that she has teamed up with Panasonic to share some quick and easy to make family recipes, I knew that I have to share them with you.

Both recipes, in the first video Jo prepares’s a tomato soup and in the second one a Spaghetti Bolognese, are made completely from scratch and, you won’t believe it, in a microwave. Jo is known for her simple yet delicious recipes and the two videos below show you just how simple they are. In fact, they are so easy that you can get your little ones involved in the cooking process and maybe get them to east some vegetables that they wouldn’t touch otherwise. But that’s enough from me for now. Grab yourself a cuppa, sit back and enjoy these two original Jo Pratt recipes:

  1. About the only thing i use the microwave for is scrambled eggs or heating up beans or peas. I think I will stick to making my spaghetti bolognese, soups etc. on the conventional cooker lol :D
