What’s the meaning of your dreams?

Do you sometimes wake up and can’t stop wondering what last night’s dream was all about? Usually my dreams are just a reflection of the past day or two, but sometimes they really confuse me.

They bring up people who I haven’t seen or spoken to in almost ten years or they are so scary that I wake up really exhausted in the morning. So exhausted that it feels like I haven’t even had 10 minutes of sleep.

The strange thing about my nightmares is that they are always exactly the same and with always I mean, they have been the same for the past 15-20 years. I lay in bed and dream that dozens of snakes are crawling up my legs and I end up kicking and jumping and wake up really distressed. There were even occasions when my dreams sent me into a state of shock.

I can’t remember a thing when it happens, but in the morning I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck and my voice is really husky (because of the screaming, I guess). Both, my mum and Ben, have mentioned it to me in the past and both of them said that they were scared to death. My mum literally believed that someone had attacked me in my room, my screams where that terrifying.

I haven’t had any bad dreams in a while, but I find it really interesting to find more about the meaning of my dreams.

What about you? Have you had any strange or scary dreams that you would like to find out more about? Are there any reoccurring symbols? I’d love to hear about your experiences and maybe any of your own interpretations.

The problem in dreams, nightmare or night terrors is the fact they are really all simply involved with the personal explanation it’s got for any particular individual experiencing the dream. Several individuals have a exact same dream but convey totally different things in regards to one another. This means that must keep an open mind when checking the details in your dream.
