It’s Amy’s forth birthday in a month and she’s been busy telling everyone what she’d love for her birthday. Surprisingly she’s being quite modest this time. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that Amy is greedy but during Christmas time she screamed “I want that” whenever a new toy advert popped on TV. I think she was just a little overwhelmed with it all. All the better that her choices come in at under £50, which I thought was fab considering the selection of toys.
Amy really loves games at the moment. She got Lotti Karotti for Christmas and was obsessed with it for weeks, so it didn’t surprise me to see another game on her wishlist. Jumping Monkeys is all about launching as many monkeys as possible into the top of the tree using a catapult, so fun and plenty of giggles are guaranteed.
I might hate the stuff because Amy manages to spread all the little crumbly bits over the entire house and I go all OCD when she mixes the colours, but what’s a kid’s birthday without Playdoh, right? It’s great for their creativity, fine motor skills and sensory play, so I should really just suck it up and help her make her very own Playdoh birthday cake.
Frozen and Sofia the First had to pop up in this post at some point. Amy adores both programmes and I’m more than happy for her to watch them as I enjoy them as just much as her. This adorable Sofia the First backpack would be perfect for Amy to take to nursery as it offers enough space for everything she needs on a daily basis. They take fresh fruit or vegetables in every day and on Tuesday, they have Spielzeug-Tag, where they can bring in whichever toy they like. I can already picture his Frozen Styling Head in between 10 excited little girls.
