It’s election day in the UK and if you haven’t been down to your local polling station yet, I urge you to make your way down there. The country’s political future is decided for another 5 years after all, so make your vote count and vote for those who you trust the most. If you have read each party’s programmes and you still can’t decide who to send to London, maybe look at these *ehm* rather fetching portraits of the babies the leaders of potential coalition leaders could have.
The lovely people over at My Voucher Codes have shared the link with me and really made me giggle. Of course, politics are a serious matter. Looking at the current state of the UK, the General Election of 2015 is probably more important than any of the other elections during the last couple of years, but quite frankly, I find the pics hilarious. Can you imagine your baby looking as scary as the coalition baby of Labour and Scottish National Party Coalition? Probably not, I know I can’t! But that’s not what this post is about. Okay, it’s fun, but to me it’s also something more. It’s also a way to reach more people and make them talk about politics – to discuss, learn and form an opinion and with it decide this country’s political direction.
Have you been down to the polling station?
