My little boy loves all his fruits and vegetables but if he could take ANYTHING, he’d take bacon. He blooming LOVES bacon. I wouldnt let him take it everyday, but I dont see why not, every-now-and-then xx

My daughters school is pretty relaxed the only rule is no sweets or massive chocolate bars so she has a sandwich youghurt crisps and a sweet treat (can’t eat fruit due to health problems) shes happy with this x

Think my little boy would have strawberries every day but we mix the fruit up depending how close we are to shopping day and season, he has strawberries one day then pineapple then grapes. He doesn’t always eat the chocolate snack its the fruit that goes

My children have random tastes. The eldest would eat black pitted olives like sweets and the youngest would eat tapas anchovies and cherry toms like sweets. Weird I know.

My eldest would eat pasta all day long until it came out of her ears, with blackberries, raisins, strawberries and yoghurt for dessert. The youngest would eat cheese, she points to the fridge and asks for it all the time, she would eat the same dessert as the eldest.

My kids would probably want crisps, biscuits and sweets. I would prefer them to have salads and fruit. I would let them have a packet of crisps per week each, a chocolate biscuit a week and small chocolate bar a week as a compromise
My children like crisps/small chocolate bar, which I do let them have once a week in their pack ups so long as the rest of the week they eat their fruit. Everything in moderation!

Just asked my 2 and a half year old what she wants in her lunchbox when she starts pre nursery in September & she said crisps & sandwiches. I have no problem with that!!

We dont have a school policy and they pretty much do get what they want in their lunchbox within reason. They usually do have a sweet treat though

We don’t normally do packed lunches, but when we do we try to keep it as healthy as possible. The kids are great really, they love fresh fruit and veg. They have there own veg patches in the garden and they grow a little bit of everything each year. Nothing better than watching your kids going to the garden for a snack and picking peas, and lifting carrots. 🙂
