We’ve been blessed with the most beautiful summer this year. We had weeks of sunshine and soaring high temperatures, days on the beach or in the paddling pool and, of course, lots of fun in the garden and in Amy’s princess castle tent.
The best about actual summers (not the British ones with rain and more rain) is being able to wear cute summer dresses and shorts – well, Amy that is. I prefer to cover my lumps and bumps for the sake of mankind.
One of her favourite dresses this summer has been this adorable white and blue denim dress by C&A Germany’s brand Palomino. Unfortunately, I can’t find it online anymore (otherwise I’d link to it), but when I saw it during a recent shopping trip with my sister, I knew I had to pick it up for Amy. It’s just too cute, don’t you think?
The dress is made of 100% organic cotton and comes with a cute braided hemp belt that sets an nice little accent on Amy’s middle. It washes well, is not too light, which means you don’t have to be afraid of it flying up at the slightest breeze and showing your kiddo’s knickers to the world, and it’s just super adorable.
What’s been your kid’s favourite outfit this summer?
I like my daughter in her little playsuits, she looks so cute
We have not had a favourite outfit but because of the good weather she has been wearing her summer dresses all the time!
Oh she looks so sweet ! I love that dress, why is it kids clothes are so much nicer than adults ones!?
She’s so cute Caro! My girls have been into skirts and dresses this Summer.I’m so sad that my eldest daughter doesn’t want to wear jeans and comic/sci-fi t-shirts anymore.
Although they’re a pretty cool look too 🙂
That is super cute. Do they do them in bigger sizes? I would need a ladies 14 please. 🙂
Awww, that is lovely and Amy looks gorgeous!
So cute! I love cotton dresses for summer too.
My eldest daughter has been loving harem trousers and t-shirts this summer, cool and comfortable!
I’m afraid the weather has been dreadful in Belfast for most of the summer – my little does enjoy wearing his little straw hat though.
